Help with VIP status

Hello, I want to ask about the vip points. I should have collect 24.514 vip points from all my purchases but I’m at level4 with only 7054 vip points and I believe that I should be at level 5. I have all the emails from the purchased if you want me to send them to you. Please explain to me to understand how you count the points and if is there anything to do to correct my vip points???
